CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation requests for our services must be made in writing via email to info@uzurispa.com. Verbal requests will not be accepted. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a fee equivalent to 30% of the total service cost will be charged. However, if the cancellation is made between 25 to 48 hours prior to the scheduled service, there will be no cancellation fee charged. Provided that the cancellation request is made within the specified timeframes mentioned in point 2, a gift certificate/credit will be issued to the customer within one business day. Cancellations made outside the specified timeframes will not be subject to any cancellation fees, but no refunds will be provided. Please note that No-call/No-show or last minute cancellations will not be refunded or issued gift card extensions. If you have accumulated 2 No-call/No-shows on your file, you will be required to pay 100% of the service cost upon booking or we reserve the right to refuse service.
